Meet Cody who has been with us a couple of weeks and is such a time waster as he is just Adorable!!!!
Cody had a few things going on which we were monitoring but the most important was the small lump under his jaw .. Cody was booked in for investigation Wednesday past but on the Tuesday it had grown in size significantly to cause concern and he was admitted ... an ultrasound scan was done under GA which highlighted something ... this was investigated and lo & behold A grass awn embedded in his throat!...
Incredible how something so small can be so dangerous.. Thankyou to Vet Rosie from Wells Vets who was thrilled to bits with her find.. as were we!!
Cody had his first post op check this morning and all is looking great .. swelling has also gone down considerably! His comfy little cone will be on for another week to stop him scratching at the site !
Please note Cody is not available for Adoption untill a clean bill of health is given ... ( he is comfortable, safe , happy here with me 😉)
