Our New Arrivals..... With RSPCA Woking Branch
5 Puppy's abandoned in a cardboard box beneath bushes!!! (9th May)
How long had they been there? All in bad health, facial hair loss on one little one....All weigh just over 1lb !!!
Today took quite a dramatic turn.. I was ready to receive 5 puppies but sadly one took a turn for the worse and Megan Long RSPCA Woking was amazing and acted on her feet taking a detour to the closest Vets....Pup was fine pre travel boisterous and playful then nose dived almost to the point of no return. Vets worked hard to keep him alive and have kept him in to rehydrate. (He is currently doing well) Tomorrow all being well I will drive out to collect pup and contact our vets so they are ready in case this happens again.....
The other 4 have settled well... They are TINY!!! They are in Isolation at one end of the house... They are drinking water, and are very hungry
Weights have been recorded, but for now they need time to settle and become accustomed to Classical music for Pets, (It sends me to sleep )
The one At the vets is Male....
The 4 here are 2 male / 2 female
Scampy, Molly, Skippy & Tinker
All craving human Interaction and attention..They are a delight …
In all fairness Thanks must go to the person who found them and acted responsibly taking them to a vets ….
Every year for the past 5 years we have a terrier or two in around this time of year and so the tradition continues.... !!!
